**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care for patients with common diagnoses such as post-operative CAB, thoracotomy, mastectomy and breast reconstruction, general surgery, vascular surgery, gynecology surgery, urology surgery, ENT surgery, dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Handle medical overflow situations as needed.
- Support a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 in a 41-50 bed unit.
- Utilize EPIC for charting and maintain accurate patient records.
- Follow the designated scrub color guidelines: Blue-Caribbean, Blue-Light, Blue-Navy.
- Participate in the RN and PCT STL Float Pool for area support.
- Conduct special procedures, such as chest tube insertion.
- Engage in a virtual interview process with an auto offer mechanism.
- Participate in a comprehensive orientation program with specified orientation hours.
Note: The position requires adherence to a 60-mile radius rule, with local applicants subject to a rate reduction.
