We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take their career to the next level.

Job Summary:

  • Oversight of all aspects of commercial TI projects, from initial planning to completion.
  • Management of project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identification, mitigation, and management of project risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Commercial TI Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction, particularly in the office, hospitality, healthcare, hospital, and mixed-use sectors.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
