About the Role

Kaiser Permanente seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Millbrae, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment programs through direct patient care and coordination with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on physical therapy management and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills. This is an ongoing opportunity for a 32-hour per week position with a flexible schedule.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelors or masters or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent by date of hire.
  • Licensure: Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire.
  • Certifications: National Provider Identifier required at hire, Basic Life Support required at hire.

$83,440 - $141,380 per year, based on experience and location.
