About the Role
  • Estimated Salary: $104,000 - $133,000 per year (based on national averages)
  • Type: Full-time Staff Position

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Speech Therapist and hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of communication disorders, including voice and swallowing impairments, and neurological defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and administer diagnostic tests to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals
  • Collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Train junior therapists and participate in staff development programs
  • Develop and maintain department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
