Responsibilities:- Obtain comprehensive patient data through assessment and develop a holistic plan of care.
- Analyze and synthesize data to determine diagnoses and conditions relevant to patient care.
- Identify optimal patient outcomes and develop plans to achieve them in collaboration with patients, families, and interprofessional teams.
- Implement care plans, promoting a safe environment and coordinating with patients, families, and teams.
- Evaluate patient progress and outcomes, contributing to the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent education.
- No experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or equivalent.
