We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Club Security Officer to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect crime, and to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, and provide first aid and CPR as needed.
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Complete incident reports and other documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting of security incidents.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and hotel staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience required, but prior experience in a security or law enforcement role is preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.
