About the Role

Everence is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position, and we are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare, analyze, and present reports on asset-liability management, liquidity risk, stress-testing, and modeling.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing management insights.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasts to evaluate budget assumptions and scenarios.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to predict future financial performance.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to create actionable insights for management.
  • Risk Management:
    • Assist in identifying and analyzing financial and operational risks.
    • Support the development of risk mitigation strategies.
    • Responsible for Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) specific analysis
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Contribute to the long-term strategic planning process by analyzing market trends and financial forecasts.
    • Provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance and achieving strategic goals.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives and compliance with regulations.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the department.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and financial analysis and reporting trends.
