Contract Administrative Assistant Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Administrative Assistant to join our team as a 1099 contract employee. This temporary, 30-90 day position will provide administrative support to our federal government client in Alexandria, VA, with opportunities for growth and development.

About the Job:
This role involves providing high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and data entry. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs of the client
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and profit sharing. Salary range estimated based on location and industry standards.
