We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at BH. As an Apartment Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in marketing and leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business results.

Job Summary

The Apartment Leasing Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships by adhering to the BH Living Playbook
  • Marketing and leasing apartments in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner

This is a full-time position requiring 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with occasional extended hours or weekends as needed. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to read and write English fluently, and possess basic to intermediate math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Able to sit, stand, walk, reach forward and overhead, and grasp frequently
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and push and pull up to 50 lbs. with mechanical assistance occasionally
  • Normal office work environment with little or no exposure to undesirable elements
