We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Route Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Service Tool Co., LLC.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start their business career working in a territory with established routes. As a Route Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for servicing existing customer base in assigned territory, increasing volume of route by cold calling and selling to potential new customers, transmitting product orders, inventory, and daily sales, and communicating regularly with customers on new products or service offerings and service issues and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Transportation required
  • Some overnight travel required
  • Road Warrior
  • Experience not necessary, but salesmanship a must
  • Ability to build solid, lasting relationships with customers
  • Willingness to make cold calls and sell new accounts
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer Service skills helpful

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation plan which includes a base salary and commission. Salary range is $60,000-$80,000 per year, with top producers earning over $100,000 per year. We also offer paid vacation, comprehensive medical, basic life insurance, profit-sharing retirement plan, service awards, and holidays.
