Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking service appointments. Your primary duties will include:
- Welcoming clients and assessing their service needs
- Communicating effectively with clients, technicians, and management
- Listening attentively to client concerns and providing solutions
- Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and documenting necessary repairs
- Advising clients on maintenance plans and additional services

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar service advisor position

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic mathematical abilities

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to:
- Move around the dealership and inspect vehicles
- Lift and manipulate objects weighing up to 20 lbs occasionally
- Work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
- Handle exposure to mechanical equipment and moderate noise levels
