Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting tours of our outstanding facilities for prospective members.
  • Articulating the benefits of personal training and the various programs and classes we offer to enhance our members' lives.
  • Initiating conversations with potential members who have expressed interest in our gyms through various channels.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospects, members, and referrals.
  • Participating in all scheduled meetings as directed by management.
Essential qualifications include:
  • A high school diploma (some college coursework preferred).
  • Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete all testing requirements post-training, including gym tours, telephone inquiries, and various audits.
  • Capability to meet ambitious goals.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
