Culinary Production Lead Job Summary

NANA Regional Corp is seeking a highly experienced Culinary Production Lead to oversee the preparation, production, and presentation of various foods in our remote camps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of cooks and bakers, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, working closely with our chefs and nutritionists.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and production costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote camp setting.
  • Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
