The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.

They are tasked with surpassing customer expectations by attentively addressing their needs, recommending suitable products, providing comprehensive information about the items of interest, and successfully completing the sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Uphold brand and operational standards (visual presentation, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Address customer needs and exceed expectations by adhering to the UNIQLO service standards, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles, and utilizing the 6 standard phrases.
  • Be well-versed in fitting room protocols and assist as necessary
  • Operate as a cashier when required, adhering to cashier procedures
  • Process incoming shipments and ensure all merchandise is displayed on the sales floor in a complete size range
  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve store-related issues
  • Provide customers with product and brand insights
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and report any infractions to management
  • Assist with special projects as directed by management
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs, including evenings and weekends
Full-time Requirements:

*Average 32 or more hours per week based on business seasonality

*Open availability on both Saturday and Sunday, with religious exemptions considered

*Availability restrictions limited to two days per week.
