Job Description

Position Overview

Serco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Team Submarine in the Washington, DC area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contract management support, data fields, and reports, as well as leading a team of data entry personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract management support, including required reports and presentations
  • Design and manage data fields
  • Create ad-hoc and defined reports exported to MS Excel and PDF
  • Lead a team of 3 data entry personnel
  • Be the primary customer contact for Commitments Database
  • Provide programmatic support to our NAVSEA customers

Qualifications:

  • Active DOD Secret clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  • 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field

Additional Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Active NNPI account and CAC
  • Knowledge of PMS450
  • Knowledge of FBW SCS
  • Experience with Access databases
  • Experience with Navy acquisition and Submarine Programs
  • Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer
