Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist Supervisor. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists, designing ABA curriculum plans, and clinically reviewing reports and session notes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Design and implement ABA curriculum plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Review and update ABA curriculum plans on a regular basis to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
  • Clinically review reports and session notes to ensure data-driven program changes are implemented.
  • Analyze ABA data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven program changes to improve client outcomes.
  • Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and the team to ensure seamless coordination of services.
  • Coordinate with the Program Manager to maintain quality of cases and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Offer suggestions for incorporating individualized goals into family's daily routine.
  • Provide parent and staff training to ensure a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles and practices.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Energetic, animated, and outgoing personality with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.
