Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Diehl Collision of Hermitage. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, air conditioning, and braking systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and advisors to explain diagnostic results and recommended repairs.
  • Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Manufacture-specific training (preferred)
  • ASE certification (preferred)
  • 6+ years of mechanical experience (required)
