As a School District in North Carolina seeks to hire a Registered Behavior Technician, they are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to make a positive impact in the lives of elementary students.

This role involves working one-on-one with a 1st-grade student who has mild-moderate disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them succeed academically and personally.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and hold an RBT Certificate. They will also be able to work full-time from 7:20 AM to 3:15 PM during the 2023-2024 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support to a 1st-grade student with mild-moderate disabilities
  • Work one-on-one with the student to develop and implement individualized behavior plans

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

Requirements:
