Job Title: Speech-Language Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Specialist to join our team at Granville County Schools. As a Speech-Language Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping students with special communicative needs to reach their full potential.

**Job Description:**

  • Assist students with speech and language disorders to use their maximum communicative potential based on age and cognition.
  • Coordinate services with educational staff and family members to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for Medicaid billing and other purposes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • NC Department of Public Instruction G License required.
