Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and technology leaders to drive prioritization of initiatives based on financial assessments, business strategies, and the transformation of ideas into actionable portfolios that align with our vision.
  • Champion the enterprise due diligence process and oversee the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring effective management of the workflow through intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
  • Facilitate the intake process for new projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and securing necessary approvals.
  • Foster community and inter-team collaboration, mentoring junior team members and managing team capacity, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Provide insights into portfolio work, reflecting priorities and delivery efficiency, and support the creation of reporting materials.
  • Orchestrate workflows across teams to ensure operational readiness and address risk assessments and training needs.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation by facilitating research and brainstorming sessions, translating concepts into executable projects.
  • Oversee the planning of initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Portfolio Management or a related discipline.
  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in PMO roles.
  • Fundamental understanding of product delivery lifecycle, project/program management methodologies, JIRA, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.

The compensation for this position typically ranges based on various factors, including geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level.
