Therapist Role at Delta Companies in Alaska

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team at Delta Companies in Alaska. This is an excellent opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with substance use and behavioral health issues.

About the Position

The position involves providing integrated substance use and behavioral health services to individuals aged 18 and older. You will work closely with our care teams to develop customized plans to help clients walk a healthier path in life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide integrated substance use and behavioral health services to individuals aged 18 and older
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive support and care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavioral health field including Counseling, Psychology or Social Work; OR PhD/PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
  • Obtain Alaska Clinical Licensure in designated field within four (4) years of hire
  • Clinician II: Meets all requirements of Clinician I in addition to two (2) years of supervised clinical work experience for master's level Behavioral Health; OR two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I at SCF
