Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing staff in performing daily duties, ensuring consistent internal and external guest service, and assisting with scheduling, payroll, and departmental training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Staff: Direct and oversee the daily activities of Cage department staff, ensuring they meet internal and external guest service standards.
  • Assist with Scheduling: Collaborate with the Cage and Credit Manager to create effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs.
  • Payroll and Budgeting: Review and approve payroll, address payroll issues, and assist with budgeting for the department.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to Cage department personnel, including staff development and training programs.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all associates follow guest service standards and address any issues that arise.
  • Internal Controls: Enforce internal control policies and procedures, ensuring all company money is reconciled and accounted for daily.
  • Cage Operations: Have a thorough understanding of Cage operations, including transactions, deposits, markers, front money, and safekeeping activities.
  • TRM and ATM Systems: Understand TRM and ATM systems, including assessing cash levels, preparing funds for replenishment, and performing drop and fill processes.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Working Cage and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to present information effectively, and flexibility to work all shifts.
  • Certifications: Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
  • Licensing: Must be at least 21 years of age and willing and able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License.
