Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting the Crunch Fitness brand to local businesses and creating community excitement for fitness and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote the Crunch Fitness brand to local businesses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Participate in community events and activations to promote the Crunch Fitness brand and create community excitement for fitness and well-being
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing materials, including social media content, flyers, and brochures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and guests

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)
