UTMB Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist I to join our team. The successful candidate will work independently to complete routine diagnostic radiology procedures, providing direct assistance to physicians and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures, including common and special fluoroscopic exams of moderate complexity.
  • Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and fluoroscopic exams.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and adhere to diagnostic radiology exam standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to promote a positive work environment.
  • Utilize verbal, nonverbal, and written communication to achieve mutual understanding.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Registered with the American Registry for Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R).
  • Certified as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) by the Texas Medical Board.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, stressful environment.
