Job Description:
Better West Insurance, an Allstate Agency, is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospecting clients looking for auto, home, umbrella, and life insurance
- Ensure clients have the right level of coverage and resolve conflicts
- Make sales to drive revenue and meet goals
- Follow-up with prospects and build sales pipelines
- Follow-up with new clients for required documentation and to provide an excellent customer experience
- Cross-sell to existing clients to enhance insured portfolios and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Currently hold or willing to acquire WA state P&C license
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed client expectations
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment while keeping strong team dynamics
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships
- Go-getter energy and a trainable attitude to changes as we are constantly adapting new techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools
