Annual Compensation: $363,600.00
Overview: AHS is actively looking for full-time, inpatient adult psychiatrists in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our facility is strategically situated just south of Oakland, providing easy access to the vibrant city of San Francisco. The mission of our department is to deliver exceptional psychiatric and behavioral health services to adults experiencing mental health challenges in Alameda County.
Location: San Leandro, California
Compensation and Benefits: AHS presents a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
- Base salary for full-time physicians on the inpatient unit: $363,600.10
- Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): 25 days
- Paid Holidays: 10 days
- Sick Leave
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours: 64 hours annually
- Health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families
- Coverage for California medical licensure fees
- Enrollment in the ACERA pension program (for full-time staff)
- Optional deferred compensation plans: AHS 403(b) Plan and AHS 457(b) Plan
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited medical or osteopathic school with an MD or DO degree
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid California Medical License and Board Certification in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
