Position Title: Vehicle Procurement Coordinator

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the emissions testing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the acquisition of vehicles for in-use testing and emissions investigations.
  • Maintain and update the annual master plan and tracking database, manage customer information, and execute mailings for relevant regions.
  • Conduct phone screenings, welcome customers, perform initial vehicle inspections, and finalize procurement agreements along with necessary documentation.
  • Manage procurement agreements and vehicle documentation, including motor vehicle record requests, W9 incentive records, and pre & post vehicle condition photographs.
  • Assist in the procurement process for various testing locations.
  • Support project management with incentive tracking, equipment maintenance, and report generation.
  • Facilitate communication among procurement staff, testing operations, and external partners as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and scheduling.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: This is a contract role.

Work Environment: This position requires full onsite presence, collaborating closely with various teams and engaging with leadership.
