Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services to students remotely. As an Illinois Virtual Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives through effective teletherapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to students remotely
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students' needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and weaknesses
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of students' progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology
  • Two (2) years previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators
