  1. Service Quality Management: Ensure high standards of service for our clients, with a focus on cleaning tasks (75% cleaning work/25% administrative duties). This includes:
    • Leading detailed cabin cleanings, covering all areas including cockpit, galley, lavatory, and passenger seating.
    • Conducting exterior aircraft cleaning, even in challenging weather conditions.
    • Maintaining facility cleanliness to a high standard.
    • Performing quality control checks on every aircraft to meet checklist standards.
    • Organizing the team for optimal efficiency in labor hours.
    • Upholding safety standards throughout all operations.
  2. Cost Management and Compliance: Maintain financial metrics and documentation to ensure profitability, including:
    • Creating weekly and monthly schedules for team members in alignment with labor metrics.
    • Ensuring adequate work hours to retain staff.
    • Keeping comprehensive records compliant with airport regulations.
    • Identifying hazards and completing necessary forms.
    • Managing inventory and coordinating orders with logistics.
  3. Team Development: Foster a strong team environment through effective communication and collaboration:
    • Maintain daily positive interactions with team members.
    • Establish development plans for team members in conjunction with leadership.
    • Train staff in quality standards, checklist usage, and safety protocols.
    • Assist in recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with company values.
    • Document employee performance and advocate for team member recognition.
    • Support other teams and locations as needed.
Success Metrics: High cabin scores, quality audit scores, and maintaining a turnover rate of less than 35% annually.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and availability for contact.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
Compensation and Benefits:
