About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our guests.
  • Assist guests with finding merchandise and make sales recommendations to increase sales.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and completing tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions, sales, and events to provide guests with the latest information.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of merchandise to create an engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work extended hours on event days and weekends as needed.
