Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team at WaterBridge Operating LLC. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust internal control policies, procedures, and guidelines to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess the effectiveness of existing internal controls and identify areas for improvement through regular audits and reviews.
  • Design and execute internal control testing programs to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls across various business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in internal audit, risk management, or internal controls, with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Salary Estimate:$130,000 - $160,000 per year
