- Service Delivery: Create and manage service work orders in Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Order Management: Enter customer orders and quotes using our designated systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality walks and debriefs with technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Schedule Management: Track construction schedules and communicate with customers regarding scheduled completion dates.
- Continuous Improvement: Act upon internal Salesforce communication to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel, with experience in Salesforce and AS400 a plus.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the cabinet industry, is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education and business certifications a plus.
