Administrative Assistant On-Call

Community Action Partnerships of Western Nebraska (CAPWN) is a non-profit organization that provides health and human services to low-income individuals and families. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work on a part-time, on-call basis to support our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience working in an office environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to emails.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly talk, hear, and have close vision ability.
