Responsibilities

  • Offer crisis support and de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations.
  • Coordinate care plans with caregivers, external providers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including clinical documentation, records reporting, and incident reporting.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external providers and stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and communication.
