About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Native American Banking Relationship Manager. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Native American tribes and organizations.

You will work closely with our Client Solution Managers to identify new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships. Your expertise in tribal banking and ability to provide customized banking solutions will be essential in driving financial performance and growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of the banking industry, as well as excellent relationship management and business development skills. You will be responsible for analyzing credit and making decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Native American tribes and organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships
  • Analyze credit and make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits
  • Work closely with Client Solution Managers to develop and implement customized banking solutions
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the banking industry and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal partners to structure, coordinate, and sponsor credit and non-credit solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • More than 10 years of relevant tribal banking experience and a proven track record of exceeding performance in developing business
  • 4-7 years of high-performance experience serving commercial clients with $25MM+ annual revenue
  • Proven ability to constructively work within a team to deliver holistic, customized banking relationships
  • Expert credit acumen and ability to support complex deals
  • Working knowledge of the bank's systems and policies applicable to underwriting and portfolio management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $139,792.73 to $259,615.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors.
