**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Director of Social Impact to join our team at Child, Inc. As a key member of our senior leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in shaping our organization's strategy and direction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for community engagement, marketing, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, donors, and board members.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted campaigns to raise funds and awareness for specific programs or initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or nonprofit leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a non-profit organization, with expertise in grant writing, planning, marketing, community, and public relations.
  • Proven track record of successful development efforts for a nonprofit agency.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
