Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Faculty Member to join our team at the University of St. Augustine. As a key member of our academic community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, advancing the field of healthcare through scholarly activity, and contributing to the growth and development of our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging, clinically-focused learning experiences for students in the health science professions, utilizing a range of teaching methods and technologies.
  • Scholarship: Engage in scholarly activity to advance knowledge in the field, establish and implement a scholarship plan, and disseminate scholarly work consistent with University policies and accreditation expectations.
  • Service: Support shared governance, promote the profession, and participate in university committees, community activities, and professional associations.
  • Administration: Perform course coordination, lead instructor roles, and other administrative duties as assigned, while maintaining a commitment to efficient and consistent practices across all programs.
Requirements
  • A terminal academic degree in the relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience at the college/university level, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the area of course content.
  • Experience with distance learning and scholarly activity is preferred.
  • Appropriate licensure or certification in the relevant field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $54,000 - $143,880, depending on rank and experience. Our institution is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
