Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Outsource, the Nation's leading provider of low voltage and electrical talent. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and service of fire alarm systems, including Silent Knight, Simplex, Notifier, EST, Fire Lite, and other systems
  • Installation of various fire alarm devices, including pull stations, horns, strobes, sirens, smoke detectors, heat detectors, panels, glass breaks, and more
  • Working independently or as part of a team to complete commercial installation and service projects

Requirements:

  • Recent experience installing and servicing fire alarm systems in a commercial construction environment
  • Texas Fire Alarm License
  • Basic hand tools
  • Fire alarm service or programming experience is a plus
  • Strong background in electronics
