We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Program Assistant. About the Role
This position involves providing quality education and support to young children. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in shaping their early development and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in collaboration with parents, guardians, and other professionals
- Assess students' skills and abilities to determine their educational needs and create appropriate goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that promote academic excellence and social-emotional growth
- Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment that fosters creativity and curiosity

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, colleagues, and support staff
- Reliable transportation required
- Successful background check
- CPR/First Aid certification obtained prior to start
