Early Childhood Education Leader

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the administration team and drive the delivery of educational programs at our esteemed preschool in Colorado. This position requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of early childhood education.

Your Responsibilities

This key position entails leading staff in implementing SEG curriculum, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements. You will create a safe, clean, attractive, and engaging learning environment, prioritize needs of the team, students, and school communities, and strategize marketing efforts to generate and retain enrollment. Building trust with students, parents, and the broader community is essential, along with promoting a culture of care that addresses physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent and a minimum of three years' experience in education administration or business administration. Teaching experience, preferably with an educational services company, is also desirable. Sales and/or marketing experience can be an asset. As a dynamic leader, you must be able to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and foster strong relationships within the school community.
