Key Highlights
  • We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Physician to join our team.
  • Our Quality vs. Quantity Model ensures a manageable patient load, typically around 20-25 patients per day.
  • Scheduled weekly administrative time, approximately 40 minutes per day, allows for efficient practice management.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Dedicated support staff enables clinicians to focus on practicing at full scope of license.
  • This position does not require call or urgent care shifts, with outpatient-only responsibilities.
  • Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with no nights or weekends.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in managed care setting preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Open to new grads.

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $237,361 to $331,688. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
