Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing care plans and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational initiatives and quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including emergency response planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Supervise and mentor front-line staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and experience.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement strategic projects to improve patient care, staff engagement, and organizational performance.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Three (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least two (2) years in a leadership or management role.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing Administration, Healthcare Management) preferred.
- National Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Nurse Executive, Nurse Manager) preferred.
- Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License and AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required.
