We are seeking an experienced Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying top talent to evaluating and onboarding candidates.

This role involves sourcing exceptional candidates online, crafting compelling job ads, and conducting thorough background checks. If you have expertise in various interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we would like to meet you.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building a strong employer brand for Friendly Franchisees Corporation/Silver Star Real Estate LLC, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions to accurately reflect company needs
  • SOURCE POTENTIAL CANDIDATES FROM VARIOUS ONLINE CHANNELS (e.g., social media and professional platforms)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and encourage them to apply
  • SCREEN INCOMING RESUMES AND APPLICATION FORMS TO SHORTLIST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
  • INTERVIEW CANDIDATES VIA PHONE, VIDEO, AND IN-PERSON TO ASSESS THEIR SKILLS AND FIT
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests to evaluate candidate skills
  • ADVERTISE JOB OPENINGS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND JOB BOARDS TO REACH A WIDE AUDIENCE
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and selection
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard and integrate into the company culture

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Executive Recruiter or similar role with a track record of success
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques and strategies to find top talent
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Sound judgment to make informed decisions and drive results
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of $150,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Work Environment and Schedule
