UW Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to join our team at UW Health East Madison Hospital. As a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of imaging exams on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups using a wide variety of radiographic equipment, computers, detectors, and plate readers.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform imaging exams on patients of all ages using various radiographic equipment
- Troubleshoot basic maintenance and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system
- Participate in QA and serve as a clinical instructor for affiliated imaging training programs
- Make quick and highly technical decisions to accommodate physical restrictions and pathology
- Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology
- Minimum - Previous healthcare experience
- Preferred - Two (2) years clinical experience
- Certification by appropriate body (ARRT) and valid Wisconsin Radiological License
