Job Requirements

We're seeking a skilled Carpenter Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced interdisciplinary fabrication.
  • Experience in retail display is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organization skills to thrive in a demanding environment.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating independently and as part of a team to craft high-quality displays and pop-up spaces using materials such as MDF, ply, laminate, and veneers.
  • Working within a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrating creative problem-solving abilities, essential for meeting project complexities and tight deadlines.
  • Ensuring all completed work aligns with our company's exacting quality standards and deadlines.
  • Quickly communicating any quality issues or project lead time challenges to management, allowing for swift solutions and issue resolution.
  • Being flexible with work hours, including occasional evenings and weekends during busy periods, to ensure timely project completion.

We offer a competitive salary of $30 - $38 per hour based on experience, as well as:
