Daily Responsibilities

This customer service role allows for full- or part-time hours with flexible scheduling.

As a Pet Care Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience in our pet care retail environment. You will utilize effective merchandising techniques to maintain a tidy and appealing store. Collaborating with your team, you will assist with store resets, display setups, stocking from deliveries, and managing perishable items. A key aspect of your role will be to ensure the well-being of the animals in our care, including proper feeding and hydration, as well as maintaining clean and compliant enclosures.

Your excellent customer service skills will shine as you engage with our guests. Whether guiding a pet owner to the right food, educating a child about pet care, or addressing a pet training concern, your patience and kindness will be evident. You will also manage the cash register efficiently, handling sales transactions and processing payments with accuracy. With a warm greeting, you will wish customers well as they leave, always striving to exceed their expectations.
