Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing patient-centered care that is safe, efficient, timely, and effective. As a RN, you will partner with patients and families to determine individual preferences, needs, and values, ensuring that patient values guide all clinical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use clinical expertise to integrate physical assessment findings with patient and family preferences to establish mutual care goals and a plan to deliver optimal patient care based on best practices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver holistic, timely care, evaluating and documenting patient progress toward established goals and outcomes.
• Alter the plan of care when appropriate to expedite patient progress, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current RI license required; BLS required. ACLS required.
• 1-2 years of previous nursing experience preferred.
