Job SummaryEveras Community Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Regional Nurse to join our Clinical Department. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Clinical Director to provide high-quality medical support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the well-being of clients to ensure their medical needs are met.
  • Review medical referral packets and interview potential clients to determine eligibility for Everas services.
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate medical services to enable individuals to live safely and successfully in the community.
  • Act as a liaison with clients' medical and dental practitioners to ensure seamless care.
  • Develop and implement protocols for specific client medical needs and train staff on their implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation for all client services provided.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN), or Nursing Diploma.
  • Valid NJ Driver's License.
  • Required to maintain certification/licensure.
  • Required to achieve certification in and perform CPR and CMT.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
