Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team at A&A Concrete Supply. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and providing technical assistance relative to our ready-mix concrete products within specified markets. Your primary goal will be to grow prospective customers to increase market share and improve profit margins.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 2+ years of experience in sales or administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish contacts with potential customers.
  • Establish working relationships with decision-makers.
  • Become subject matter expert on cement products.
  • Effectively prepare bid packages and quotes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts through formal backlog reporting.

The successful candidate will also have experience with construction materials, processes, and equipment, as well as a valid Driver's License. They will be required to travel locally on a regular basis to maintain a consistent presence with the marketplace.
