Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus great benefits including health, pension/401k, and safety incentives.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced concrete finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a concrete laborer and be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials up to approximately 90 lbs, and work outdoors in high heat and cold weather. Key responsibilities include setting forms that hold the concrete in place, cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues, directing the casting of the concrete with the truck driver, and monitoring the effects of the weather on the curing process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma, knowledge of hand-held and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools, and be able to maintain acceptable attendance. You will also be required to pass a drug test, pre-employment physical, and background check, and have a clean valid California Driver's License.
